Castflow Valves is a valve manufacturer that specializes in
check valves. Our range of manufacturing includes BALL
CHECK, DUAL PLATE, SILENT CHECK and FOOT VALVES,
and covers DN25 (1”) to DN1500 (60”) PN10-100 ANSI150600# wafer/flanged/lug style. Valves can be cast in different
materials, including iron, stainless and super-duplex steel, as
well as other special, exotic alloys.
Our company has been involved in many of the most important
desalination projects globally. At Castflow Valves, we assist
with technical support to select the valves and materials that
provide the best fit. We are a leading supplier to important
equipment builders that have relied for many years on our
professional collaboration and quality.
Castflow has developed new and improved rubber-lined check
valves for applications with abrasive and corrosive fluids. The
complete 1-piece rubber-lined valve does not contain glued
rubber, guaranteeing a uniform rubber thickness that fully
covers the metal surface in contact with the fluid. In addition,
our rubber-lined ball check valves are unique in the wastewater
market for applications with fluid containing sludge, solids,
etc. Stainless steel or super-duplex ball check valves are
additional options for corrosive applications.
Castflow continuously develops new products depending on
the demands of the market and can develop check valves if
customers and Castflow have mutual interests. This leads to a
close collaboration with our customers.
